RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival (please check your items within 7 days of receipt). Notify us immediately by emailing customer service at customerservice@gemshowtogo.com. 

Merchandise may be returned for refund within 30 days of the ship date. If an item is returned to us without notice that does not meet the requirements for return it will be returned to the customer without notice. 

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition.

Items that are final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
